The Phases of a project

Phase I: Getting To Know Your Family

We want to learn about you and your family. The more we can learn about how you live, the better we can build your future interior.

Interior design isn’t making things look nice – it’s about making your home function the way you NEED it too – looking nice is only a part of that.

By working closely with you, we can find out what makes you and your family comfortable – no matter what size the budget.

Phase II: Design Concept

This is the phase where we dig in and start creating your dream. The design concept assesses your home in great detail and we put together a plan for your final approval. We detail floor plans, furniture pieces, various texture and layout options, wall coverings, and window treatments.  

Your interior dream is starting to become reality, congratulations, your new home is coming together!

Phase III: Purchasing & Build

After you have approved the final design plans, we set up the final budget to begin purchasing and arranging the builds of your new furniture.

I keep close watch over the build process and will keep you up to date on the progress. Next is the exciting part, we set the install date!

Phase IV: The Installation & Final Touches

My team of install professionals takes lengthy care to thoroughly inspect each piece of new furniture and get it ready to install in your home.

The team will start painting, based on the color schemes we’ve picked out.

When your home is ready, we set an exact delivery date for the different furnishings, window treatments, and area rugs we have picked out.
